Submission Guidelines

Papers will be accepted in English and Italian. Each presenter participating in parallel sessions will be allotted a 20-minute presentation slot, including dedicated time for Q&A from the audience.

Important Dates

• September 15th 2025:   Latest date to submit abstracts
• October 10th 2025:       Notification of reviewers’ decision
• November 15th 2025:   Early bird registration deadline
• December 15th 2025:   Late registration deadline for paper presenters
• February 1st 2026:        Late registration deadline for non presenters
• April 1st 2026:               Final submission for publication
